Logo design

I am looking for a designer to do my Logo for me, The company is called iRATEiSLATE and i would need a logo designed that would incorporate this. I was thinking that the i should somewhat reflect the identity of people (the i in iRATE should have a smiley face and the i in iSLATE should have an unhappy face) Its a complaints website that would be launching at the end of March beginning of April, I am not looking at playing ping pong email. All the details you would need are in this description and i will be attaching a file to show what I knocked up in a minute. As you can tell I am not a designer however I do know what I want. So to all you freelancers out there, I am not looking at buying a service where I do not know what I am getting, I would prefer if you can show me something (and not a portfolio - as all logos are different as to why I should buy your services. I managed to knock this logo up in a few seconds so ALL Replies with a few designs would be given the first option. As long as I can see what is on offer I would be able to realise the potential of the designer who would be able to ADD VALUE to my project. Good luck and happy designing
