Wordpress, content upload, email delivery and basic 'technical' admin tasks

I need an assistant who can work without supervision on some basic technical tasks including.. -uploading content to wordpress -updating wordpress layout / images etc for the theme (no coding required) -creating email lists in aweber -uploading email content to aweber -basic image adjustments, photoshop or other graphics package, etc -basic knowledge of cpanel -general other tasks to manage the basic technicalities of posting content (its highly beneficial if you already know some technical processes for delivering online marketing content/sales funnels etc) -knowledge of the optimizepress 2 theme (or willing to learn it) -basic html The work required will be sporadic 'as and when' the website is updated although it will be on a regular basis (i.e. maybe once per week/or fortnight) although when tasks are issued they need to be done quickly (i.e, you'll be expected to begin working the same day or within 24hrs maximum) hence this means no waiting in a cue for 2-3 days until you finish another job. Because the tasks are simple the hourly rate should be very reasonable indeed. We are a 11 year online company with various interesting projects and ongoing work. I like to be able to chat with my assistants on skype with quick response chat - no waiting 2 minutes in between each response because i don't have time to sit staring at the screen for your response.
