Ghostwriting / Designing Piano Course book including visuals

I will be selling a complete learn to play piano course complete with DVDs, audio CDs, and a book. You can find a similar site currently selling a similar package here: [login to view URL] I am looking for a ghostwriter who is very knowledgeable about piano to create a COMPLETE written guide of learning how to play piano. You will need to come up with a layout and follow it with each lesson. Here is the link where you can quickly download the ebook (it is an actual book as well) of learn and master piano's book to see what I mean: [login to view URL] (It was just uploaded on rapidshare for quick reference for you - they will make you wait 70secs before downloading) We do not at all want to come close to copying it (plagiarism), but it is an excellent guide to get an idea of what I am looking for. Notice the format of listing the session, overview, skills to master, and then text with A LOT of visuals. It's probably 90% visual, 10% text, so you can see how easily it will fill up space. When teaching the basics, remember to have lots of sheet music examples, and then be sure to include an image of an audio CD with message giving the track #. I think I will have two audio CDs, so if there end up being 60 short tracks of audio where they can hear what is being shown, that is fine - I will then make two CDs and play it so there will be ~30 tracks on each CD which is feasible. Be sure to also show a keyboard layout with the keys highlighted that are being pressed down such as when teaching chords, arpeggios etc. There are a lot of categories regarding piano to be taught, so feel free to lengthen it out. Obviously start with the very basics and work up gradually in the correct order. It seems as if there might be around ~30 lessons (at least that's how many LearnAndMaster has). But before you actually begin writing & designing the book with the pictures, send me a complete layout of everything so we can discuss it. Then you can make the first lesson, and I will take a look and give feedback on that template. Once we have a good idea of the template of how everything should be in each lesson, then you can continue with the others. This ensures I will probably like the rest of the lessons. **You MUST have experience and be knowledgeable about Piano!** Please respond directly about this projects' details. Thank you.
