Need a web graphics designer NOW!

Our site is called SoulBlendr and we have created a new model by which Bands/Artists can pair up with merchandise Designers. We are looking for someone who is an EXPERT with Photoshop and has a lot of creative talent to help us create some banners and adjust some of our pages so they have more "life" to them. If you like music (who doesn't?) and are VERY creative, we need your help! We can start off with some small tasks but this could quickly turn into something much larger if you happen to work out. The first thing we need to do is create a few banners on our pages to tie together the paths that we want the user to follow. We will have a LOT more work to be done in the immediate future and consider this first project a test to see if we can work well together.
