Animated Logo

Looking for someone to animate our existing logo. Our company is called Sonar Media Solutions and our logo is to symbolize a sonar waves coming from the center. We would like to get an animated version. Please send info on how you plan to make it look should you win the bid. The winning bidder will have the opportunity to work on animating other projects for us as well such as a banner and other things for the site. Thanks and good luck.
