Google map current Location

Hello there I´m looking help with a google map on website that showing Pan current Location of the user, the user must consent to location sharing or else an error is shown I am trying to retrieve latitude and longitude values and save it. in order I can use it later. The user must be able to: Draw a circle/area edit circle Clear all radius (Milles/km/Feet/Meters) eg.
