Write a Book about information technology

Looking forward to writing a book about Information technology. Today, we see quick advances in IT, from computers to Softwares, social media, smart phones, apps, videos, all these elements are expanding quickly because of the internet. I would like to have a book, not a technical manual on IT, however, a book that approaches all these trends I have mentioned and shed some basic light on different aspects related to IT. Ex. Facebook, we can give a basic introduction and develop rapidly the theme, including some advise on the pros and cons. For each of the elements maybe a 2 or 3 page would be enough. In the end, I want to give the final reader with the opportunity to familiarize with the current trends of IT. After reading the book, any given user should be able to understand and group together things like social media, internet, computers and softwares, smart phones systems, the internet, the apps and some additional trends. We all know that technologies come and go at fast pace. This unprecedented changes in our days, make it difficult for many to really understand and grasp the basic knowledge about what is taking place technologically. The more tech advances, the more people get lost, and without a basic solid foundation, it simply becomes harder for millions to have a share on the one of most revolutionizing trends our days - technology
