I am looking for an expert in Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) systems to enhance the safety of my meat-based fresh dog food manufacturing business, based in the UK. Hi, I am currently a doing my final year of study in a Food Technology course at a university. I am familiar with HACCP and the necessity of Food Safety in production. I have completed a three (3) month internship training in a meat processing company that specialises in producing sausages, salamis, hams and bacons, as well as cold-cuts and primal-cuts. Hence, with my training and knowledge, I believe I am quite capable of giving this a shot. Thank you.
