Template Website Needs to be Customized - LE.INFO

We have a template website: [login to view URL] We need it to be customized for a plumber. I have all the web copy already prepared in a Word Document as well as images to be used in folders. Basically I need someone with Photoshop, HTML, and FLASH skills to be able to modify the header with the new images, as well as modify the home and secondary pages with the web content in the Word Document. Original Photoshop and Flash source files will be given to you. I'm looking for someone who can complete this job from beginning to end with as little instruction as possible. Someone who can look for additional images and/or web copy to complete the project w/o asking me for help. I need someone who is QUICK, RELIABLE, INEXPENSIVE, yet delivers a GREAT PRODUCT. This project should not take longer than 12 hours. I also need someone who can do the secondary pages and add a "corporate" style when needed. Not just copy and paste.
