Stickam Flash Part Clone

I dont know anything about flash, so i need someone to make me a videochat system like the [login to view URL] one. I need it to work with Red5 rtmp, client side has to be exactly like stickam one, a window with a big box with the user's webcam video, 8 little boxes at the right with other users webcams, and a text chat (a user list too). I will make the website, so i need to integrate the client easily with php. The result will be a [login to view URL] clone, you will make the videobroadcast+chat part, and i will do the rest of the website. The client result should look like this: [login to view URL] (without the twitter chat part). If it is possible, i would like to have the possibility to watch the broadcast of an user in an external player (for embedding in other website) PS: I've looked for commercial softs but i've just found one: [login to view URL], but the support they have is terrible, and its not very customizable. PS2: I would like to have the .fla of the client
