Video Themes with Flex Scripting Required immediatley

We are looking for a skilled and experienced FLEX developer/designer to build flash video files from a set of user imported resources (pictures/video/audio/text). We are currently developing a website which will provide the following user functionality: - Users can upload their own pictures/videos, pull content from Facebook, or select pictures/videos from our own library. - Users can insert text elements. - Users can choose an audio track from our existing library, or upload their own. - Pictures/videos/text are arranged on a storyboard for production into a custom themed video. We will handle the user upload / content selection and place all of the files into a directory and output a file (format of your choice) that will be readable by FLEX. You should then use a FLEX script to embed each of the elements into a custom video. There should be several different “theme” options available to the user – the design of which you will also be responsible for. We would like you to have a look at the following video: [login to view URL] From this video, you will see that the finished product will have three different elements: - The first element is the theme itself. - The second is the elements uploaded/selected by the user. - The third layer is the transition between the different user elements, with effects such as fading into the background/blurring/movement/etc. The first layer is the textured background and image framing (slight shadows on each of the images), as well as the positioning of the images. The text slides should also be part of the theme and fist layer, so that user inputted text will be in the correct font/format for each of the themes. The second and third layers; The users uploaded/selected content should be embedded into the theme design. They also involve the movement/animation of the theme (i.e. panning around between different pictures/videos/words, as well as transitional effects. As well as developing the FLEX script for pulling all of the content into a custom video, we are also looking for approximately 12 different theme designs to be created. You will be paid per theme created, as it is delivered. The video (and therefore theme use) is automated upon each customers use. Budget quoted is for all 12 themes.
