341997 Simple Flash Header2

I need someone who can work on this project immediately and complete within 2-5 hours. I would like to work with you via IM (MSN) to provide instant feedback and directions so we get the work completed tonight/today. Simple photoshop editing and Flash editing skills are needed. I have a design which is completed, but needs a few edits based on cust feedback. Same is true for Flash header. The final product will be a one frame static banner with Flash wording,similar to this: [login to view URL] The Flash deleting two of the 3 Frames, the addition of the flash words and swapping out a photo. The rest of the editing is for the 2 .jpg/HTML templates. The templates are already designed also, but there are common features which they must all possess. this is explain in the attachment. At the end of the project, the one frame Flash banner should be embedded into the 4 HTML pages and uploaded to my server for display. I will provide ftp info.
