64595 Simple Flash Preloader

Ok, I know how to create the SWF and FLV clip to play in the browser but what I do not know how to do is add a preloader before the clip starts. I am looking for a % count preloader so when users watch the clip the first thing they see is the preloader (Loading 1% etc..) then 100% then the FLV starts to play. This is simple stuff for a Flash Developer. All I know how to do is create the FLV clip. If you can help with this now please let me know. Thank..
