29339 Flash Banner Script

I need Flash ActioScript (banner design is ready), that should do the followings 1. Connects to an other website (on the other domain of course) with a parameter that comes from the banner, 2. Will read an xml file on the server (the xml file should be decided with that parameter read from the banner), 3. Fill the banner contents regarding to xml file's data, 4. Show the banner with content 5. Will get the variables the user input 6. Post the variables to an webserver/webpage. The banner design (.fla) will be supplied when bidding is over.
