Convert from as2 to as3 + optimise + facebook integration

I'm looking for a freelancer to convert my as2 project to as3. The project connects to a mysql database via php and selects, inserts and updates a number of tables. There are approximately 10,000 lines of code running over 4 frames and all of the code is contained within frames on the main timeline. Most of the code is comments,spaces, button control and loadVars functions(selecting or inserting 100's of variables to a mySql database). These loadVars functions are duplicated in other frames. Once converted to as3 i'm looking for this to be integrated into facebook as an app. I also need to be able to take donations via paypal and once a donation is received a user receives 10 free credits.
