Hi there, This is Bogdan from Romania. I'm a mechanical engineer and product designer. I can do the FEA analysis for you, but I need more details. Dimensions, curvatures (inner and outer), the way the dome is fixed and sealed on the metallic structure, etc - I will ask more after I see the model. Just for your information - in order to increase the pressure resistance, the dome would be advisable to have different curvatures - inner and outer, this way it works as a lens. if you need constant wall thickness, in order not to affect the optics, will be thicker. We will assign distributed pressure on the outer surface of the dome and subsequently internal atmospheric pressure.
