Take an existing financial model for an early stage business and add the following functionality: 1. Lease financing: This has two parts (a) sale and leasback for existing capex (b) leasing for future projections. The analysis should contemplate impacts to all financial statements and must allow for changes to all key variables (cap/lease rate, period etc) for sensitivity. The transaction would be recognised as a sale and should be accounted for accordingly. 2. DCF analysis. DCF analysis should include all variables which, again, must be able to be changed for sensitivity analysis. It is not necessary to compute cost of capital, risk premium etc as that will be done at a later time. Just a framework and the ability to change key variables should be provided. Further notes: - The existing model is very comprehensive and has all relevant financial statements on a quarterly basis. - The financial analysis should be GAAP compliant. - The model will be sent to winning bidder before a milestone is created and deal accepted. - Full payment will be delivered upon completion of the project with a bonus for quick/good work. Importantly: Please note that the completion time for this project should be within 1 day. Winner bidder should have the requisite accounting skills. This is part one go a multi-part refinement of the model and a good job will ensure further work together.
