Fashion Designer / Need Custom Clothing

I am looking for someone in the San Antonio, Texas area. Preferably the northside just because it's closer to me. I require the Freelancer to be in my city so that I can see the product and see if it will work/I like it. I am looking for someone to make custom clothes for me. Someone who could look at a picture of a dress, or skirt, or whatever and make one similar for me. This has the potential to become many more projects if I feel the first project goes well. I will pay for the fabric if needed. All I would need from you is: - Can you do it? - How much?
