Social Media Manager with Project Manager Experience

Duties · Must be able to Multi task. · Obtain pre-authorization for services that require it. · Provide an in depth understanding of social media platforms and use that understanding to provide insights on content forms, subject matter, audience targeting and insights on the ever-changing platform requirements · Provide the technical expertise to place and target ads, review their performance with management, and integrate the resulting lead flow into chatbots and other system including CRMs and retargeting campaigns. · Work with management to design and create ad campaigns with specific goals and measurable metrics. · Effectively target audiences based not only on the targeting included in the platforms but also based on lists we are able to create from property records and our own databases. · Setup chatbot responses for ads using appropriate techniques of offering value, asking for commitment, and setting the prospect up for follow on campaigns regardless of their campaign outcome. · Utilize pixels for automated retargeting. · Review ad results and suggest appropriate split testing and improvements. · Work across multiple platforms and media. Facebook, Google, Linked in and messenger, text, phone, auto phone drops, and email. Required Skills · Excellent communication skills · Excellent computer skills · Customer Service Experience · Must be able to multitask and meet goals · Fast Learner/ Good speller · Communicate well in English (both written and verbal) · Must be able to handle a fast past environment · ManyChat Experience - Expertise Required · Knowledge about API and Zapier - Preffered . Real Estate Experience - Preferred
