Facebook Ads Optimizing

This project should last a year or longer, heres what we need: 1) We are looking for someone to design our facebook page. So please provide examples of ones you've done. 2) Optimize our facebook ads so we can pay less per clicks and not get flagged. Heres the criteria for the facebook ads: 1) Ages 21-44 2) Towns are Mountainside, Springfield and Union New Jersey. We cant do 10 or 25 miles out we can only target the towns and thats it. Before responding to the project please review the towns and give us the following feed back with your price: 1) Price per click you think you can get us. 2) Number of impressions we would get a month. Please only respond to this project if you have done optimization on facebook ads and you have a positive review. You would be paid every monthly so place your bids on what you would charge per month.
