I'm Mel, from the UK and based in Bristol.
I'm a writer, editor and administrator. I’ve worked in the charity sector for over 5 years in administrative positions, 4 of those years as the Office Manager for a counselling charity. I have many years of receptionist/customer service experience in hotels previous to that (totalling 15 years).
I have extensive experience with Microsoft packages, email systems, diaries and calendars, internet systems, booking management systems, databases, web research, content writing, ghostwriting, editing and social media content creation. I enjoy learning new things and like a challenge. I pride myself on being very organised, honest, genuine and reliable.
