mt4 tick data to excel and add formula/macros to excel on dashboard

Hi. I would like to have a dashboard in excel that essentially captures tick data from mt4 trading [login to view URL] idea behind the Dashboard is to display all necessary information for 28 pairs at present. At the end, if all criterias are matching, there is a buy / sell [login to view URL] follows "00 level trading in forexfactory" What are the informations / filters displayed on the dashboard? - a relative strength meter incl. a RSI (small arrows inside the strength meter)----Already done - an absolute strength meter which effectively shows the strength between the two currencies---Already done - a time based strength filter (different values for different market openings / conditions)---Needs to be coded. If time is 2 minutes prior to the hour then a action trigger needs to be displayed with a Buy/sell and also the level where the trade needs to be placed. 15 minutes prior to the hour in the "Buy" and "sell" column there needs to be a signal that alerts to get ready. - a spread filter---High spread = No trade - News indicator for the red news---need to happen automatically using forex factory economic calender. - Trend direction (above or below Daily Open incl. a 7 pip buffer)---trend should be daily, 4 hour, 1 hour and 1 min. If conditions match then only the trade Alert and Action will happen. - RmUp / RmDn incl. a 3 pip buffer---Based on advanced daily range. The values should automatically change as price goes above or below the daily open. - a SMC - Filter (SMC = Smart Money Change)---need to get an oscillator or ADX to denote if money is in the hands of buyers or sellers. - Market times / openings: All times needs to automatically account for daylight savings. Developer will need to use the attached excel sheet to get an idea of the requirement. It is not difficult but the dashboard needs to bring all the criteria together to give a signal 1 min or 30 seconds before the hour.
