Software which analyzes excel files - Locally on PC

I would be using C# (.Net) to create Excel file analyzer. 1-Will be a small executable where users browses folder and all excel files in that folder would be analyzed(Rules need to be discussed for anylyzing reference file with other files) 2-After process is completed, Email(with result excel output file as attachment) would be sent to specified address.
