Order Management Software for manufacturer, that tracks orders for production and performace

I am looking for a developer to create a standalone Order management software for my manufacturing team. The primary purpose of the software is to submit orders to our manufacturer, and track manufacturers performance, Ideally I would want to use this for multiple manufacturers, so each manufacturer should not be able to see the other manufacturers orders. or maybe we just need to be able to duplicate the program for each manufacturer. here is some more details about features needed: We use the following google sheet to manage our office fulfilling orders. I am looking for something that's a bit more dynamic, maybe a page or a database, or even a program that we can build Things we would like to be tracked. 1)Shipping and tracking status and update (we ship via many different shipping carriers) Must show status, and date of last update. Right now we se an extension called hello package that we pay for, we do not want to continue using that) 2)Total # of orders 3)Total # of Open Orders (open order is an order that has not been delivered yet) 4)Total # of Closed Orders (Closed order is an order that has been delivered,) 5) Total # of late orders, and percentage (Applies to all orders that are not delivered by the expected due date. (keep in mind we would need a way to override this manually and mark it as on time for special circumstances) 6)Total # of orders that need tracking numbers (applies only to orders that don’t have a tracking number and the expected delivery date is within the next 5 days or past due) 7)Fields that must be in the page: Sales order #, Job Name, Date Submitted, Expected Delivery Date, Ship to address , Tracking #, link File source. These need to be editable. 8)an overall score that is calculated based on all of this data 9)also I want it to be automatic that the expected delivery date should be 30 days from whatever the date submitted is, but with the capability to override that for specific orders as needed 10)as many revisions as needed until we get it right and satisfied 11) I need it to have a dashboard view with stats and charts, and I need to be able to sort and edit orders, and look at it in Ideal skills and experience: - Experience with Order Tracking software development - Knowledge of manufacturing processes - Strong understanding of database management - Ability to create multiple user roles with customizable permissions The software will not require any specific software integrations, and I am open to suggestions regarding the technology used.
