I have a spreadsheet that I need re-designed and new formulas to be inserted. This is a spreadsheet of all my orders/customers that have booked.
I need the spreadsheet to look extremely user friendly. I need it to be formatted, such that any new order I put manually, the total and formulas get updated accordingly. Please see sample spreadsheet. I have ommited any personal details of customers.
We have 5 centres; Essex, Ilford, White City, Birmingham and Finchley. For each venue, we have students who belong to 4 grades: Grade (AKA Year) 10, 11, 12 and 13.
I have a formula at the bottom of the table that needs to calculate exactly how many students are in each of the classes. It will make more sense when you see the spreadsheet.
I also need you to re-design the spreadsheet so it looks more easier to use. For example for biology and chemistry, instead of X's I want tick boxes.
If I add a new order manually, it needs to update the order count without messing anything up.
I need this to be done within 2-3 hours. Max budget $30
I have attached a sample spreadsheet, however on awarding the project I wil send the updated spreadsheet. Note- there are 5 venues, not 1 on the sample spreadsheet.
If you can show me some examples of what you can do (using my spreadsheet) that will increase your chances of me awarding the project to you.

Is it OK if the Summary Table at the bottom (from Row 81) be moved to "Total" Worksheet?
Also, since the data would grow with time, the present use of X for Biology and Chemistry is what I would recommend instead of tick boxes (or we could have a drop down X and blank or YES and blank).
In table in "Christ's College" worksheet, center related information is not there. Are you planning to add a field in "Christ's College" Worksheet for capturing center information?
