I am hereby presenting this proposal to be assigned to act as a virtual assistant to do data entry for property management. Previously I worked for USA-based real estate companies as an admin assistant. My job was to gather property information from counties, basically, owner names and mailing addresses, collect potential lists of Preforeclosure, Lien, Probate, Tax Delinquent, etc. from various online sources, upload the lists in CRM (REIsift); skip tracing and email marketing and many more. I was really enjoying this kind of job, currently REI business is so down that I lost my job. Therefore, I believe this is the right job for me and it is quite related to my previous one. I am able to meet the job requirements: data extraction and importing Excel lists to CRM and others. It would be fun and joy if I got the job. I will give my best effort to execute the tasks efficiently and accurately. I believe in long-term sound work relationships rather than financial benefit, I am always humble and loyal to my employers and this is why I am different from other candidates.
