Hi. I am looking for a personal assistant to keep my diary, do research for me, follow up, send quotes out, make calls, check my emails and read them and reply. Generally, make me look professional and deliver information in a timely manner. Will need to be paid in New Zealand dollars as I do not want to bother with exchanges rates. Must have skype and the ability to write, read and speak English to an acceptable level. Looking for someone for at least 10 hours per week minimum sometimes more. Thanks Moana

Hello, My name is Pamela. I've worked as a secretary in a technical school, where I had a daily use of Word and Excel, and then I worked teaching the class of computational support in the same school because of my computational knowledges, there I also gave extra english lessons to my students. I also had a high recognition for reaching the highest percentage of assistance among all classes, plus, being in the hardest month of winter. I'm simply a compromised worker. I've also worked with Excel schemes, researching webpages and companies, using norwegian language for two norwegian companies. (Norwork and WMC(Bergen) I speak english but I was also learning German during my teen age. Also in Goethe Institut, and later on I moved to Germany and I also learnt German in a Volkshochschule there. I have a formal certificate that covers my first levels of german, but I've learnt more than that, and I'm always in contact with german speaking people. Nowadays I've worked translating a page under construction into english and soonly will into german. I've also translated proffesional odonthology documents before, replacing the images, schemes, all again. My mother tongue is spanish. If you select another person for this, please don't hesitate to consider me for future projects. My availability is 24/7 because I do not have a side-job, and I own a new laptop with Windows 8, Excel, Word, etc. I have internet connection all the time & a smartphone. I can work as much as needed!
