Odoo Time-Tracking & Leave Management Enhancement

I require significant customization of my existing Odoo v16 Community Edition installation, to optimize the management of employee TimeOff and tracking of timesheets. Most of the below features have been developed already, but were not properly tested and some were not fully implemented. The freelancer must review the existing work, improve it if necessary, test it and finalise its implementation and documentation. Key Features to develop: - Create or edit an Odoo module to allow leave requests in the future but also in the past - Create or configure the leave request process to fit this change - Create and allow the configuration of countdown and count-up counters on the top of the page to identify how many leaves are left - Configure the access rights of employees to allow one or several managers to view and approve the leave requests of employees - Same but to configure the access rights of employees to define which colleagues' vacation/leave information can each employee view or not view - Implement project-based time tracking - Implement project-based visibility rights for employee leave and data The freelancer or company must: (0. Obviously be proficient with installing, configuring Odoo installations and coding custom Odoo modules) 1. be able to fluently communicate in English 2. be proactive in the implementation and the testing of the features (proof of testing will be required) 3. be able to develop, push/pull the developed code from our company's Github repository to our VPS 4. document and comment all provided code or configuration paid for in this project 5. Have the time to dedicate to this project with high priority for the initial release and with less pressure afterwards for further development which will be defined in subsequent projects
