Create a web based report generator

Our technical staff uses MalwareBytes anti malware and when we have to document our findings it involves going through the log and analyzing a threat sometimes there is multiple findings of the same item, this can be a bit difficult when some computers come up with over hundreds of detection. I need someone who can create a web based simple script that can go through a log and find the infections noted on the log from MalwareBytes program and create a basic output report. I have attached a MalwareBytes report to this project that you can review.
