Autocad, Civil Cad or Civil 3D Map Needed. Trace Existing Image

My posting requirements for this project is as follows: I just need the topo lines of the land and seas of the planet drawn in CAD. I don't need the text, so this can be a smooth project for the right person. See attached image. 1. Please trace the topography's based on the altitude contour legend provided in the attached 2. Please provide returned drawing to scale as possible. 3. TEXT of land and seas ARE NOT NEEDED. 4. Please provide degree lines, legend and scale. The final out put for the traced map is to be sent to me in the form of (dwg. file)-(AutoCad 2009 or less). For higher consideration, please provide me a small sample of this image showing me what you are capable of providing.
