I handled hvac designs for retail stores for quite sometime. I want to know how big exactly your pharmacy is so that we could agree on the price. Another thing is I would like to know you system preference for example is that for hvac, what kind of air-conditioning system would you like to be installed? split type? heat pump? Are there provisions on the building like centralized air-conditioning system that exist? For fire protection, are there existing provision for water based fire protection with in the area?
