Design of Intrusion Detection Using Microwave Sensor (Hardware)

Hello, I would like to design intrusion detection sensor using Microwave sensors with the following features: Hardware part: 1. To be operated by Solar Panel 2. Detection Range - a. Medium Range ~ 30-35m (Mono-static or Bi-static microwave) b. Adjustable range for smaller distances 3. Detection Abilities- a. Recognize authorized access & intruders b. No false alarm in case of detecting non-human detection ( e.x; Animal, equipment, etc) 4. Alarms & Notifications- a. In case of a breach, notify through the dashboard b. Include an alarming options such as a flash light or other suitable actions ( no sound) 5. Fault detection - In case of any defects, the sensor unit shall give a notification in the dashboard 6. Durability - The sensor got to be designed in such a way that it can be used in outdoor environment with ( Heat, Cold, Fog, humidity and etc) Software Part: The software part is going to be Web based dashboard to be accessed through phones/tables/or PCs. 1. Super Admin - a. Creates Username/Pass for different users b. Be able to monitor all the installed hardware and data for sub-admins 2. Sub Admit - a. When an alarm occurs, it is automatically displayed on the relevant site map, making the job of responding to the alarm much more efficient. b. Can see the history of the sensors ( e.x: Intrusions as well as Authorized accesses) c. For the authorized access, to be able to tag them along so they are recognizable [login to view URL] alert notification in terms of a breach I am looking for experienced vendor in this area to be doing both parts, hardware and software.
