Desktop application for keyboard sound library (Electron + Typescript)

I am looking for a capable freelancer to create a commercially-offered desktop application for managing the sound library of a Hammond SKX Pro keyboard. The application's main (and only, at first release) function will be to pull the existing set of "combinations" (the term on this platform for a collection of parameters for a sound to be played), display them by their location number, enable the sounds to be moved to different / new location numbers, then push that new location configuration to the keyboard upon user confirmation. Also needed is the ability to export the currently-displayed ordering to a file on the computer, and re-load a previously-exported file to restore that previously-exported set. For reference, there is a similar program available for use exclusively with Nord keyboards (the Nord Sound Manager, NSM). While the NSM provides more functionality than that which I seek, the target functionality I want to replicate from the NSM is shown in this video: [login to view URL] Communication between the computer & keyboard is done via USB Midi Sysex. Demonstrable experience with (or, minimally provable familiarity) Midi Sysex will be a key advantage in my selection of freelancer. Because I do not plan for me or the developer to buy a Hammond keyboard for development / testing, I expect to write this software "in partnership" with the coder and my Hammond. I will maintain an identical development stack, and development will be done via Github and Jira via well-written scrum stories. We will do development in baby step tests where I test each partially-/fully-completed story using my Hammond keyboard upon story completion to confirm the software works as intended before proceeding to the next story. (I am a former coder, though my skills date back to C++/Unix, and are rusty.) I'm fully capable at the MacOS command line, and *mostly* ok using Git (though I need occasional help.) I encourage developers to suggest a method for making this work - e.g. testing framework, possible "keyboard simulator" to test the interactions, etc., though a full proposal for same need not be supplied at the outset. I will begin by ONLY being built for Mac operating systems, and I want it built using Typescript (for portability) and Electron (for the benefits provided by that environment). Later, if the product becomes commercially viable, we will package / test a Windows distribution. Please note: I'm planning to first validate the demand for this software by creating high-fidelity mockups to test market demand before building the full software. I will be paying the developer to first build these mockups using actual Typescript / Electron, but using fully dummy data and only displaying the user interface - no Midi, no actual library management, etc. Just enough will be built to create video, screenshots, etc. I will build the website used to validate the demand using the mockups. Be aware it is possible that the outcome of the validation will be that the full product does not get built. If, however, I validate demand enough, the developer who did the mockups can plan to continue building the full product.
