Hope you are doing great. Thanks for the project post and providing an opportunity to bid upon. It is my immense pleasure to submit my proposal for this project as I am an experienced product designer with more than 5 years of experience. Furthermore, I have worked successfully in designing a similar product in past.
As per my understanding, the scope of this project is to design a heart rate monitor, which can get the details from photo resistor based sensor. This may require an amplifier like AFE4400. But as per my understanding, we can think of avoiding this. I have a good reason behind this. We can interface the sensor working on 3.3 Volt directly with ADC of micro-controller like Atmega328. The Micro-controller can process the data and give the result desired format. However, using AFE4400 is good for precision heart rate monitor estimations. This can be interfaced with micro-controller through SPI. The estimated heart rate is captured by AFE4400 and it is processed in MCU. Furthermore, we can display the output in small OLED. seven segment display, etc. The data can also be transferred using the Bluetooth or stored inside SD card. The device can have small charging unit and can be charged through USB.
I will provide you the complete design files, which will include PCB files, Gerber files, schematic, Bill of materials, codes, etc.
