Drupal webdevelopment - marketing and client interface

Hello webdevelopers, looking for sustainable work together with at first building a website, with 2 entities. So, I am Olivier, (or Oli), fluent speaking french, englisch and german. I used to be a Project Event Manager and now I wish to build up a online consultancy business, where I receive customers who work on a live / online client (one part you will build), from where I can guide these. For this I also need a Marketing Website, to attract customers. So I guess one website, split into 2 entities, spread on 2 different domains. One part, the marketing presence is a responsive landingpage for customer acquisition, from where they are supposed to fill up 2 surveys. The second is of a platform where customers login and write ideas, on which only I as the moderator can read and comment. a. Landingpage, about 2 main pages and 5 additional small pages: 1. Home 2. Explanation page 3. Survey 1 4. Survey 2 5. Registration / Confirmation 6. PRIVACY POLICY 7. TERMS OF SERVICE + on first 2 pages is the FB Chat Plugin to implement for customer questions b. Client, headless drupal, about 2 pages, 6 subpage on the interface page, 5 different user roles. 1. Login / Forgot password / Reset 2. Interface with 6 sub-pages display (headless drupal) -Mockups are done and available. Need professional design, separate for both entities. -Logo idea / mockup available. Need tune up. -Need SEO Experience. -Need Server experience, advice and preparation on how to get started. -Need multi language: English, German, French. Drupal automatic translations. I correct, as I am fluent in all 3. -Need clean, reliable and traceable drupal 9 build process. Note! -Mockups are on my google drive, which I will share in PN. -I need a few days to get planning ready, so relax. When ready and selected, I will contact you. I will share the google drive link and give you some questions, please answer as diligently as possible. -Payment will be in escrow / trust on freelancer.com until fully finished and only paid once fully correctly processed and completed. -Calculate 20% of the total amount, is only if finished on time, if not I get back.
