Publish content to PDF file (ASP.net/VB.net) / 2

Hi My application collects data from user, analysis it, then displays a report (see the link) [login to view URL] it is available for the user in two languages (Arabic - RTL, English-LTR) English version [login to view URL] I need to publish the same content to a PDF file with the following specifications: 1. Professional look 2. Page layout 3. Printer friendly 4. RTL / LTR versions, depends on user language 5. Page Numbers 6. Cover page (background + data values) 7. Start page for each section (background + data values) 8. Section records (5 each page) text + data values + charts 9. Pie Charts and Bar chart of each section 10. Number of section varies from case to case 11. Number of records in each section varies from section to section 12. All data is retrieved from database (query already written) 13.
