I am looking for a freelancer who can assist me with automating my reporting tasks in MS Excel. Specifics: 1. On a daily basis I get Purchase Orders (POs) from different partners in different excel formats, I need a solution where I can upload all these excel files and that gets translated to one particular format in a collated single file. (example 10 individual excel files in different table/structure format gets consolidated to one single file in specific structure or format) 2. We manage supplies for various Location x Item, I have data of location and item specific daily run rate (sales), location, product, qty, supply dates (past and present) etc., On any given situation I must be able to map what has been my last 'x' no. of supplies to a particular Location x Item, what are my next upcoming supplies and how may days of cover stock I have supplied in the past 'x' days and in upcoming 'x' days for example: Mumbai x Cookies (a particular cookies SKU in Mumbai) has a DRR of 5 units per day, so with available data I need to be able to map how many units I have supplied in last 7 days hence what is the Days of cover (DoC/stock) I have supplied and how many units I will be supplying in next 7 days hence what is going to be my risk of going out of stock or my DOC check. 3. Combo to singles sales attribution - I have set of 100+ combos which consist of multiple items, I get sales data for combos which I need to further break down to individual items. for example: combo 'xyz' consist of item A, B and C so if 'xyz' has sold 10 units I need the breakdown as 'A-10 units', 'B-10 units' and 'C-10 units') Key Requirements: - Proficiency in MS Excel and advanced knowledge of formulas and functions. - Ability to create custom report templates based on provided requirements. - Experience in automating data entry and analysis processes in Excel. - Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate and error-free reporting. - Excellent communication skills to understand and implement my requirements effectively.
