Hey! I have a ton of experience with speech recognition, and I believe that the best model out there, in terms of accuracy and performance, is whisper, by openai. There are multiple model sizes, and even with the tiny (the smallest of them all) I was able to get very impressive results. Furthermore, there's already a pre-trained model for Arabic, and we can still train it further with the dataset you provide Even if we use larger models (other than the tiny, like the base, small, medium, or even the large one) to get better and better accuracy, I can still make it extremely fast, as over all my time working on this I've developed a code that automatically splits any audio file into smaller chunks based on the detected silences, and processes all those chunks in parallel. This means that the time it takes to process a 10-second audio is virtually the same as it takes to process 10 minutes' worth of audio, by leveraging the scalability of cloud computing There's a ton we can do in this space, including transcribing the audio to text with the exact timestamps of that text. This means that you can know exactly at what timestamp a given word was spoken and use that info too, for example, edit one single word out of the audio These are all things I've done already and that I can show you, and there's a lot more I can do for you.
