If you only need a Wordpress plugin which converts a PDF into HTML (for example) or much easier into a Image which would be visible for your customers, then i need only 380 GBP. Plugin for WordPress: - Upload PDF File - Save PDF as Image (if you want to media library) - Embed image with Shortcode If you need the PDF as HTML i need 450 GBP. I am having good technical capabilities to meet requirements in challenging environment. About this project : Estimates may vary based on actual requirements. However, a rough estimate is provided based on following Assumptions: 1. Good connectivity and access to back-end site where documents are to be uploaded. 2. Uploading done 1 document by 1 document (formatting preserved, partly dependent on the backend DB/Tool) OR Complete document as text (no formatting/control characters in between) to be saved 3. No of documents less than 250 4. Size of every document is around 5 MB 5. Few data entry (Document identifier, description) per doc on the back-end tool. 6. All information is there within the documents to be converted and uploaded.
