Using Google Smart sheet create reports

Create reports using Google Smart sheet, I have two spreadsheet forms (Example 1 / Example 2) that need create a filled in template (Example 3). Example one will be the item that is daily updated and from this information I need to merge some details to Example 2, that will create Example 3. For someone who knows what there doing should be simple to set up, Only additional thing I'm unsure of is if it is possible on Example 3 under Order Items Example 1 {{Item Title}} needs to find on {{Description}} on Example 2 and record the {{Short Description}}. PRICE CODE: EBAY {{eBay Cost}} IF EBAY : ITEM NO {{Item Number}} Are from Example 2 sheet the rest is from Example 1, and the template. On completion of this task a easy to follow guide must but provided so I can create these reports daily. Access will be given to files required.
