Hello Brynn
I am a senior business analyst, with extensive experience in writing specifications to varying levels of detail, and also the creation of business-, functional-, non-functional- and technical requirement specification templates.
I have strong financial services experience, with projects that include:
- calculation and application of a variable withholding tax, based on citizenship, nature of account, and tax status of account holder
- compliance of web channels with National Credit Act, which limits lending based on a number of affordability criteria, variable by product type
- cascading business rules for 25 inter-related core client static data fields across 3 source systems (on three continents), including inheritance, dimensions, calculations and categorisations, based on national identifier, location, business sector, client type and counterparty data.
I also have very strong process experience (mapping, modelling, documenting), and am familiar with UML, as well as ERDs and all other manner of models that are more commonly known by their TLAs.
Before becoming a business analyst, I was an analyst programmer, though I confess I thought BASIC had died a quiet death a long time ago. The good news is I can still read it.
I can be available via email and Skype for interaction with the client, and I promise not to discuss the Super 15 results.
Warm regards,
Kerry
