Find Me Wordpress, Wordpress MS, Wordpress MU Blogging Sites

Hello guys, I'm looking to hire an assistant to help me research and scrape out a list of about 150 - 200 functioning blogging sites that has XML-RPC support. The feature of the sites should be: 1. the sites must be blogging sites 2: the sites must support XML-RPC 3: the sites must allow someone to signup and create a blog (like [login to view URL]) 4: the sites should be either wordpress, wordpress MU (WPMU), wordpress MS or any other blogging sites that supports XML-RPC, allows users to successfully register and create their own blog 5: It's recommended that the sites have a pagerank of at least PR2 (optional feature) Please, you must test these sites yourself and confirm that these features (XML-RPC support, free user registeration and blog creation) are working properly or else I will reject them.
