Hi, I own a small auto repair shop and I am trying to get a manuals for the US cars off the Hyundai Tech info website. I am looking for a webscraper and working interface for the Hyundai Tech site to scrape the SHOP/ETM/DTC/REPLACE sections and usable interface. I only need from year 2000 up and there is only about 25 models total. Able to be put on CD/DVD for each make and model year. I believe it uses html/pdf/jsp. I require one full working sample for one model one one year, say 2016 Hyundai Santa Fe as proof you are able to complete the project. Then will set up milestone for half payment of $200. Download the first half and set up milestone second half. I don't have a time frame, but would like to be done by end of the month. ***WARNING*** You will need a fast connection. This is a lot of work and you need html/pdf/java experience. There will be a lot of data to scrape probable around 40Gbs of data, but if you know what you are doing most of it can be automated. So please do not reply if you have no experience doing similar projects. All auto replies will be deleted. I went to check out the website you need scraped, but it seems an account is required to access data? I may be misunderstanding something. Please let me know how I can access the necessary data, in order to see exactly what needs to be scraped. :) I'm interested in discussing this project further with you. Edit: whoops! Seems I missed the bottom part. I would need to take a look at the data to say exactly how I would accomplish this. I'm also unsure of what format you need this data to be presented in. CSV? I would probably use Python to manage the downloading and then write some lower level code (C++ or Rust) to process the data if necessary. Thanks, Brandon
