1000 PR3+ Permanent, One-way Backlinks

I am seeking 1000 PR3+ permanent, one-way backlinks. I will provide you with with 6 Keywords to be used as anchor text. I require all backlinks to be from different websites. Backlinks on URLS should be active right away. I'd expect them to be picked up in search engines within 1-3 days..
