Hello I'm Zak Mustapha. I'm looking for a trustworthy personal virtual assistant to help me on a weekly basis, ideally long term. You'll be doing a variety of tasks including (but not limited to): - Email customer support for my business(es) - Managing business social media accounts (posting, responding, moderating) - Fulfilling online orders, updating tracking and listing new products (I can show you) - Researching products, doing market research & other research needs - Procuring materials & negotiating with manufacturers - Identifying opportunities for improvement in my business(es) - Identifying unnecessary expenses in my business(es) - Helping me with personal tasks (scheduling appointments, booking travel etc) - Calling and emailing people on my behalf - Other stuff I may need help with (must be comfortable trying new tasks often) Ideally you're a person who has the following skills & characteristics: - Ability to maintain 100% confidentiality - Honest, Trustworthy & Reliable - Willingness to learn new things - Fluent in English (other languages are a bonus) - Attentive to minute detail - Available 7 days a week Please let me know: 1.
