Fill in a Spreadsheet with Data from email threads

Within the next four hours, review 194 emails including ~50 attachments - provided in a zip file .mbox format (small: 40MB) From email signatures, collect contact data from these emails in the following six columns in an excel template (provided): * column C: School name * column I: first name * column J: last name * column K: position (e.g. "French Teacher" or “Head of Department”) * column L: email address * column M: phone number (direct line preferred if there are multiple phone numbers) Note: * You need to know how to import a small .mbox folder into your preferred email client * You will be fastidious and efficient in collecting simple dataf * You will be a data entry expert in Excel * Check the sender address and all the recipients’ addresses * Check the email signatures * Check all attachment for further contact data / names / email addresses * Do NOT include DUPLICATE people * Do NOT include mltaqfrench[at][login to view URL] as a contact * There may be more than one person’s contact detail in an email - check the trail to the very bottom * It is ok to only include a name and email address if no position or phone number is available * There may be more than one contact person per school
