Key Responsibilities: - Set appointments through phone calls, email correspondence, and online scheduling. - Collect essential information during the appointment setting process such as customer contact details, vehicle interest, preferred appointment date and time. Ideal Skills & Experience: - Proven experience in appointment setting, preferably in the automotive industry. - Strong communication skills, both on the phone and in writing. - Ability to manage an online scheduling system. - Understanding of customer service and sales techniques. Looking for a bilingual English-Spanish speaker! Need someone with high energy who likes to communicate on the phone. Will offer significant rewards if the quota is met.
