Ausführung von Excel-Arbeiten

I need to split up a budget according to the amount of people in that department. But not every person has the same factor and people need sorted to the departments. your task is to automate the calulation and make it so I can change the factors of the people and the mapping of departments by just editing a table. I have one big exel list with 80k lines. Each line is a person. I supply you with a sample dataset to understand the task better. the file has 3 sheets. sheet 1 is the list of people. the factors are given in the second sheet of the file and depend on two colums. In the third sheet of the file you see how to map the people to the departments. In sheet 4 you should desplay the results. I added some example values. I want you to create an exel file to calculate the values and so I can put the list of people in sheet 1 and change the mapping of deparment as well as the factors later on. so please do not use one large "if then " -statement as I do in the examplefile to calculate the factor for each line. make it so the statment refers to sheet 2 to compute the factors. I don't care if you use libre office or MS Office.
