Writing an Excel Macro

I need a simple (at least I think it's simple) macro: find a unique string value (Soil ID, so for example BCARG~~~~N) from a column in one sheet, go to another sheet and find all instances of that specific value (so again BCARG~~~~~N), copy all the rows containing that specific value, go back to the first sheet and insert all the copied rows from the second sheet under the row containing the initial Soil ID value. Then proceed to the next value in the SOIL ID column (maybe BCARGli~~~~N) in the first sheet and repeat the process for the new, unique SOIL ID value. Repeat approximately 500 times. Hopefully that is a clear explanation... I can provide more details and concrete files/examples.
