I've mysql code library, can implement your requirement in 1 day. It can create table if the table is not there. And then load the data into that table.

The large number of columns in the main table could cause problems but I have a working solution that does just what you need if there are no other hidden surprises in the tables.

I'm online now, will do it and deliver in 20 min. the export will be in SQL query format, so they can be pasted inside MySQL workbench or imported with the mysql command directly.
